Our entire Watson Family Dentistry team seeks to deliver the finest care possible at an affordable price. We want your experience at our Richardson, TX office to be comfortable and stress-free. Drs. Jim and Mat Watson will provide you with the individual attention necessary so we can tailor your treatment to your unique needs and budget. In addition, our front office team will help guide you through the necessary details and paperwork, whether it is your first time visiting our office or whether you have been our patient for many years.

First Visit

The initial appointment may take a little longer than usual so we can familiarize ourselves with your dental and medical history and get to know you. New patient forms are available on-line to speed up this process. If you prefer not to fill them out in advance that’s perfectly fine. However, in this case we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early for your first appointment so you can fill out the forms in the office. During your first visit we ask that you also bring your medical and dental insurance information to help expedite processing claims. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Payment Options

We accept many different payment options and our office is insurance-friendly. We work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance payment for covered procedures. Our efficient front office staff is knowledgeable about the intricacies of insurance and can help you determine your options. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Flexible Financing Options

If you do not have dental insurance and need a procedure that is outside of your budget we accept the healthcare credit card sponsored by CareCredit®. Application is made on the CareCredit website. The CareCredit card can be used to pay for healthcare needs with a variety of different providers. The process is easy and there are flexible payment plans available. We will always make sure you understand the cost of your services beforehand. If you have concerns, please talk to us.
